Try before you buy

Every account starts with free words, so you can test Wordflip before paying.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your dashboard (Manage billing). You won't be charged again, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

If you were charged and haven't used more than 1,000 words since that charge, email us within 7 days and we'll refund it in full. We also refund accidental duplicate charges and charges caused by a problem on our side. Otherwise, payments for the current billing period are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account email. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
